Elaine here and thank you so much for visiting my site. My hope is that this website captures my passion for photography and demonstrates some of the excitement that photography can bring into our lives. Whether you're viewing photos from the students who have taken part in my walking photography workshops, or reading the blog posts and articles. Maybe being inspired to try new photography techniques and genres or feeling you're amongst like-minded people when you check out our community; hopefully you will want to dive in and find out more about what elaine g photos can offer.
My Story
I have my Dad to thank for my love of photography. He was a professional photographer by trade for the first years of his working life and although by the time I came along, he was no longer a photographer by profession, his love of photography (and skill) remained and he shared his enthusiasm with me.
I suppose I'm slightly obsessed by photography :-) I have no specific genre that I stick with, instead I like to push myself to try new techniques or subject matters and love how photographs can capture a moment in time, tell a story or evoke an emotion.

Over the years I've been fortunate enough to take on commissions - weddings, headshots for business, product photography and of course, producing prints that people want to hang on their walls (this still makes me extremely excited and proud every time it happens!)

My genuine love of connecting with people - finding out what makes them tick, helping people feel relaxed and comfortable - this has helped enormously with my Brand Photography business. I absolutely love creating photoshoots for clients that capture the essence of who they are. Equally, I love working with clients after the photoshoot to make sure these images are used in a variety of ways that will enhance the brand for the client and increase visibility.
